Halong Bay Tour
On Boxing day we headed out to Halong Bay with Olga, Duffy, Tenley and Mike for a 2 day cruise in the bay with some kayaking, some relaxing and great food. Ok, to be honest in the end we did more relaxing and eating then kayaking or any other kind of exercise - what a great trip!
The tour we signed up for was with Ocean Tours, recommended to us by a few fellow Inseaders, and was fantastic. We opted for the land accommodation rather then on the boat as it allowed for more kayaking, which we slept through, oh well. But it was still amazing even with out the hours of kayaking we planned to do.
The accommodation a limited number of beach huts that were immaculate and cosy (there were only 11 of us at the "resort" and 6 of that was us). The food was fantastic with a fabulous lunch on the boat and a beach side BBQ for dinner. All in all a great way to spend 2 days.

I've been checking in on you periodically to see what you and Doug are up to. It looks amazing :) It was fun to see that you and Tenley had hooked up over the vacation - that girl is travelling all over. What is about CHS that leads to this behaviour??Hmmm... Anyway, stay well and happy,
