Chariot Riding

One of the perks of moving to the Okanagan is the cross country skiing. We took Kian out for his first ski day - the Chariot really does look more comfortable than the picture shows, for some reason Kian did not want to sit up straight!

Then we convinced friends Ellen and Dave to come out with us which gave us the chance to try the Chariot with 2 in it. Rosemary found it so comfy she was a sleep within minutes.

Christmas - A Trilogy in Five Parts

And it even has a prequel... Christmas tree cutting

And then the story... Yup that means 3 turkey dinners, and 3 Christmas sort-of-mornings. But in 5 parts...

1. Christmas morning in the evening with Christmas dinner
2. Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve
3. Early Christmas morning and breakfast
4. Late Christmas morning and lunch
5. Christmas dinner

A great Christmas for food! Doug is trying to figure out how he can get even more turkey dinners next year!

Unfortunately with being jet-lagged, sick and teething Kian was not as much fun as the ideal image of a first Christmas. We managed to get a few good pictures of him but if we had taken more most would have looked like this...
