Summer Days
This weekend felt like summer was really here, 30 degrees and bright and sunny. Sarah finished the weekend with a red neck and white legs - it must be summer.There was children's festival on in town so Sarah, Kian, Grandma and Grandpa Bendall went to the parade (which was terrible, even Kian found the water bottle more interesting) and then to the festival, where Kian showed off some of his moves (grandma too)... before escaping into the lake to cool down.
Then on Sunday morning Doug, Kian and Cooper headed out for a hike before it got too hot.
And then Sunday afternoon we went for a walk with some friends, stopping for ice cream and then to the water park to wash off the mess.
